“The ARLIE” Native Distressed Hat

35.00

Proud to introduce the newest item in the Native in Nashville collection, the Arlie Native distressed hat. For every hat purchased I will donate $10 to Team Arlie and Living for Everything. September is childhood cancer awareness month, and the leukemia ribbon is orange, that is the reason for releasing them now. Arlie is also being honored as the Girl of the Year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in which I was previously a candidate for Woman of the Year, and my team raised over $50K a just a few months ago. I love supporting causes and people that I believe in! Excited to raise money again for Arlie.

Arlie is one tough little girl! She has spent over half of her life fighting leukemia. She was diagnosed June 2016 with Pre B ALL, Standard risk. Within one month of treatment she was in remission and got through some of the hardest phases. After 2 years while still in treatment(standard treatment is 2 1/2 years) her parents got the devastating news that the cancer was back. So they did what they had to do to get their sweet girl healthy. After 3 months, a Trial Study drug got her into remission again and she immediately had her bone Marrow Transplant June 5, 2018. 2 months in the hospital and she is finally home recovering! Her body is doing exactly what it should and is accepting her knew donors marrow.
